really charmed by my stay
great value spacious rooms tram stop
i found great value. the rooms were quite big. i loved the under floor heating, it was such a treat. there was a tram right outside, so easy to get into the city centre. i appreciated the quiet location, away from the noisy areas.
the room was a bit outdated, i noticed the carpets needed updating. there was a unpleasant odor, maybe from the pipes, i noticed it when i entered the room. a refresh would do wonders.

public transportation is easy to reach from the hotel, trams connect to the city center. several cafes and restaurants are located very close to the hotel, which makes dining convenient. the hotel is situated around 2 km from the city center.

Staff is responsive and helpful. They assisted with information before my arrival making check in easy. the staff were friendly and provided clear indications for using the trams near the hotel. the hotel also has a 24 hour reception service.

The rooms were big, spacious and clean. It was a pleasant experience. the bed had comfortable mattress, and the room included everything that was needed. under floor heating provided additional comfort to the room.

An Adequate stay NEAR transportation
old windows tram noise
My room LACKED certain amenities. There was no coffee or tea making facility. The old wooden windows rattled. The constant tram noise throughout the night was definitely A problem.

the tram stop directly in front of the building offered convenient access to the city center. the reception operated 24/7, which i found very reassuring (it allowed me to explore without worrying about late returns).
my room faced the street, so the trams caused some noise through the night.

mixed feelings about this stay
old window coffee facilities
the staff proved helpful at times, which i suppose is the bare minimum one expects.
The room had an old window, and i worried about opening it. the noise from trams throughout the night did not help either. there were no facilities in the room to make tea or coffee. A rather glaring omission, i thought.

The location is amazing! It made exploring super easy. Private parking was a big plus. My car felt safe. The breakfast offered a great variety! and the staff members were helpful and friendly.
The room was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures.

tram stop easy access many choices
I appreciated the tram stop being right outside the hotel. This gave easy access to city attractions. The breakfast had many choices so everyone can find something they like. The staff was helpful and FRIENDLY.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and spacious for my family. Breakfast had a lot of food, coffee, and juices.
The hotel do not have air conditioning. I visited during hot days. My room got very hot.
